Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on emerging trends, AI scalability, and quantum readiness.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify and evaluate high-potential technologies to integrate into our product lines and operational workflows.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate the long-term benefits of technology investments and secure necessary budget allocations.
- Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on the competitive landscape and regulatory changes expected in 2026 to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or executive director role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cloud Infrastructure.
