Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technology roadmap for the 2026 era, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential impact on our infrastructure.
- Architecture Design: Lead the architectural design of scalable, future-proof systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Integration: Oversee the integration of Research and Development initiatives to ensure practical application of theoretical concepts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Systems Architecture, or Enterprise IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of predicting technology trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
