Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technology initiatives to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, enterprise-grade software architectures that can handle exponential growth.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and predictive modeling into core business workflows.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and fostering technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Futuristic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
