Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential hazards or code violations.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Provide accurate estimates and timeframes for project completion.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a crew.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
