Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Install new plumbing systems and fixtures according to local codes and blueprints.
- Perform emergency repairs and maintenance services efficiently and professionally.
- Estimate material costs and provide accurate timeframes to customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Valid State of California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
