Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 standards
- Lead troubleshooting of complex electrical faults and power distribution issues
- Supervise and train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet deadlines
- Conduct system testing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (C-10)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of NEC, California Title 24, and local codes
- Experience with PLC systems, VFDs, and industrial controls
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills
