Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults and power distribution issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work adheres to strict safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate work schedules and project timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding project status and repairs.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
