Job Summary:
As a Senior Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure our clients' facilities operate efficiently and safely during off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades in commercial and industrial facilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations, National Electrical Code (NEC), and company safety policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to prevent downtime.
- Document all work performed, including time logs and material usage.
- Mentor junior electricians and apprentices on proper techniques and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Journeyman Electrician License is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, power distribution, and control systems.
- Must be available and willing to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
