Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure compliance with NEC and California Title 24
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and local regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman license (required)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Expertise in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong knowledge of NEC, California Title 24, and local building codes
- Experience with energy-efficient systems and smart home technology
- Ability to lead teams and manage project budgets
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
