Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Manage job sites to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices on the weekend crew.
- Complete accurate paperwork and time tracking daily.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License required (Texas).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial wiring.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently.
