Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the enterprise technology roadmap for the 2026 horizon, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices and cloud-native architectures using modern frameworks.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core business workflows and infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-level executives, product managers, and engineering teams to communicate complex architectural concepts.
- Compliance & Security: Oversee governance frameworks to ensure adherence to industry standards and data privacy regulations.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, or software engineering.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with proven migration experience.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast tech trends and implement long-term architectural strategies (2026 vision).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical requirements into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
