Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Lead the technical design process for new features, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize application performance, reducing latency and improving load times across all platforms.
- Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and testing processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python, or Go, and experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
