Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable features for the Project 2026 platform using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-quality software.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and establish best practices for engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices and networks.
- Integrate advanced AI/ML APIs and data pipelines to enhance platform intelligence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Drive technical decision-making and advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS/HTML5.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.
