Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Architect scalable front-end and back-end solutions that ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews, technical planning, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt across the codebase.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to streamline deployment processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging web technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python/Django).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
