As we prepare for the paradigm shift of 2026, you will be responsible for identifying emerging tech stacks, implementing ethical AI frameworks, and ensuring our infrastructure is resilient against future disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the deployment of advanced AI models tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead R&D initiatives focusing on Neural Interfaces and Quantum Computing integration.
- Define and enforce architectural standards for scalability and security in future-ready environments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate future trends into actionable product roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Predictive Analytics.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-impact solutions in fast-paced environments.
