Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Models: Design and implement scalable neural architectures for large language models and autonomous agents.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs for 2026-scale deployments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring bias mitigation and transparency in automated decision-making.
- Quantum-Ready Integration: Research and prototype integration strategies between classical deep learning and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists in adopting cutting-edge methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; extensive experience with MLOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Language: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
