Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology vision, identifying key innovations to integrate by 2026.
- Architect Future-State Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures that leverage next-gen AI and predictive analytics.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AR/VR) to determine feasibility and ROI.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native frameworks, ensuring zero downtime and high performance.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex architectural strategies to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-proofing initiatives adhere to the highest industry security standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or Strategic Technology Planning.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps with a focus on future scalability.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML integration, Microservices, Kubernetes, and Serverless architectures.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar professional architecture certifications are a plus.
