Responsibilities
- Define and lead the 2026 Strategic Technical Roadmap, aligning engineering goals with long-term business objectives.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems that integrate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at scale.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy infrastructure to cloud-native environments.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Neuromorphic Hardware) and evaluate their potential for implementation.
- Establish architectural standards and governance to ensure security and compliance across all systems.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or related fields.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience in designing AI-driven solutions and integrating ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and zero-trust architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute long-term technology strategies (e.g., 5-year roadmaps).
