Responsibilities

- Lead Innovation Strategy: Identify emerging technologies and frameworks that will define the next 5 years, creating a roadmap for their integration into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate futuristic visions into actionable technical specifications and code.
- Prototype & Validate: Build rapid prototypes to validate new concepts, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards for security, speed, and scalability.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Security: Implement robust security protocols that anticipate future cyber threats, ensuring data integrity for decades to come.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within high-growth tech environments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Future Tech Savvy: Proven track record of researching and implementing bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, or Quantum algorithmic structures).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
