Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on scalable autonomous systems and edge computing.
- Lead the architecture and design of next-generation neural networks and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business goals into robust technical specifications.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies, evaluating their feasibility for integration into our core products.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and resilience in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and modern cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
