Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical roadmap for AI integration and next-gen computing solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure backend systems capable of handling high-concurrency workloads.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Pioneering R&D: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Edge AI to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud architecture (AWS, GCP), and microservices.
