Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Edge AI, into our core product suite.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for engineering teams to ensure alignment with 2026 goals.
- Optimize system architecture for maximum security, latency, and scalability.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality and system integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Go, Rust, or Python) and cloud-native technologies.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and MLOps frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
