Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling 2026-level data volumes and complexity.
- Lead the R&D efforts in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and advanced predictive modeling.
- Define technical roadmaps and standards for future tech integration across the organization.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and ethical compliance in all future-tech deployments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes before production rollout.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, distributed systems, and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
