Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic R&D: Spearhead research and development efforts in next-generation technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced Cloud ecosystems.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable architectural frameworks that ensure high availability and performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate high-level business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps for executives, product managers, and engineering leads.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging trends and potential risks, proactively adapting our technical stack to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and industry compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, with a preference for candidates with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think critically and long-term, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
