Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable systems leveraging Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing protocols.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop a long-term technical vision aligned with the 2026 technology ecosystem, identifying emerging trends before they become mainstream.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system integrity, security, and performance optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into deliverable software products.
- Proof of Concepts (PoC): Spearhead internal R&D projects to validate new technologies and determine their viability for enterprise deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on emerging technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make data-driven architectural decisions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated passion for the future of technology, with a portfolio or history of exploring AI, AR/VR, or Web3 technologies.
