Responsibilities

- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the adoption and integration of pre-2026 technologies, ensuring our platform remains competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for our core products, translating business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks that anticipate future cyber threats and ensure regulatory compliance for global operations.
- Prototype & Innovate: Hands-on involvement in building proof-of-concepts (POCs) for experimental technologies to validate their viability for production.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD in a relevant discipline is a strong plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; extensive experience with Cloud Native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP); familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and basic Quantum Computing principles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative, forward-thinking solutions.
- Leadership: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, or Augmented Reality.
