Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for upcoming product releases, specifically targeting innovations relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure system architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies, including advanced AI, quantum-ready algorithms, and immersive web interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, high-quality engineering specifications.
- Process Optimization: Establish and maintain best practices for code quality, deployment pipelines, and agile methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, large language models (LLMs), and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving projects from conception to successful launch.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
