Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 transition, focusing on scalable, high-performance systems and sustainable computing practices.
- Lead a team of engineers in implementing advanced AI architectures, specifically focusing on Generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies expected to mature by 2026, including neural interfaces and advanced quantum algorithms.
- Ensure system scalability and latency optimization to meet projected performance standards.
- Collaborate with product management and executive stakeholders to align technical strategies with long-term business vision.
- Drive innovation in secure coding practices and data sovereignty protocols.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager capacity.
- Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems design patterns.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Strong grasp of 2026-era tech trends, including edge computing, 5G integration, and AI ethics.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale project lifecycles.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
