Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align technical capabilities with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and POCs on cutting-edge technologies, specifically focusing on AI Agents, Edge Computing, and Blockchain scalability.
- R&D Leadership: Manage a portfolio of research and development projects aimed at future-proofing our core products.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and engineering teams to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Vendor Management: Assess and partner with technology providers that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Profound understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and adapting business models accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
