Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to develop a comprehensive 5-year technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Conduct rigorous analysis and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Architecture & Infrastructure: Oversee the transition to next-gen cloud architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and energy efficiency for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation by organizing hackathons and tech incubation labs focused on futuristic problem-solving.
- Vendor & Partnership Strategy: Assess and manage relationships with key technology partners to ensure access to cutting-edge tools and talent.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an MBA with a focus on Technology Strategy.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technical leadership, systems architecture, or strategic consulting.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and forecasting technology trends.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
