Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with quantifiable outcomes in technology or business transformation
