- Present quarterly foresight briefings to the Board of Directors
- Establish cross-functional innovation incubators for 2026 breakthrough initiatives
- Author annual 'State of the Future' industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on transformational strategy
- Professional certification in Futurist Practice (AFP) preferred
