Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Represent company at global futurist forums and maintain academic partnerships
- Design and validate innovation metrics for emerging technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network with academic futurist communities and tech thought leaders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, backcasting)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
