Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on post-2025 market transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 adoption curves
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on near-future disruption vectors
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Coordinate with global policy think tanks on regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of delivering 3-5 year future-state roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, carbon-neutral tech, neurotech, or metaverse architecture
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience securing funding for speculative innovation projects
