Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research on AI ethics or quantum-human interaction in top-tier journals
- Proven track record leading global tech initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in emerging tech governance frameworks (IEEE, ISO)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Experience interfacing with regulatory bodies on tech policy development
