Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and social trends through 2026
- Develop and present future scenario frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact reports and white papers on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for executive teams on future readiness
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience with data visualization tools and research analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decision-making through evidence-based futures
