Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Author white papers on emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AI alignment)
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and domain experts
- Present findings at global innovation forums and industry summits
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic research institutions
- Monitor horizon scanning systems to identify disruptive signals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related field
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant discipline
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology or futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy
