Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class innovation pipeline
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or MFIA)
