- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analysis or scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences and boards
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
