Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to model future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Build and manage a cross-disciplinary innovation lab, fostering rapid prototyping of future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and think tanks for trend forecasting
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists while cultivating a culture of intellectual curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
