Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across tech and healthcare sectors
- Conduct original research on exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Author high-impact whitepapers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Design and implement early-warning systems for disruptive market shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused products and services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate foresight, consulting, or R&D innovation
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend reports or research papers
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, biotech, energy, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading high-stakes strategic planning initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
