Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Horizon Framework through systematic trend analysis and forecasting
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Produce executive-level future intelligence briefings with actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish cross-functional Future Councils to embed foresight into product development and operations
- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, technological, social) for early-warning indicators of paradigm shifts
- Represent company at forward-thinking conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused C-suite role
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation trends
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning outputs for 2025-2030 timeframes
