- Produce high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive market shifts
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness across organizational functions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align long-term innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
