Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports highlighting disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion innovation culture by identifying exponential growth opportunities and de-risking future scenarios
- Quantify future market potential through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience leading cross-organizational change initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills
