Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential opportunities in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Produce quarterly Future Impact Assessments for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Architect the company's 2026 Innovation Pipeline with validated market-entry strategies
- Translate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and establish the organization's foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, climate tech, or neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related discipline
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategic innovation
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs within Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of foresight into commercial impact
