- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global research institutions
- Design ethical innovation protocols for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, TED, and global tech policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (e.g., blockchain, metaverse adoption timelines)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF) or equivalent credential
