Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the 2026 technological foresight framework through continuous research and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders and external audiences at global forums
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal incubation programs
- Author thought leadership content and patent novel methodologies for future tech integration
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate next-gen talent
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field preferred
- Experience presenting at Davos, CES, or equivalent global innovation forums
- Portfolio of published futurist work or patented technologies
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
