Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscape across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Produce executive-ready scenario plans and innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and nurture a global network of academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and media engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies with published research or patents
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and systems thinking
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decisions through data-driven storytelling
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia)
