Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026+ implications
- Develop strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future trends into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future tech trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
