Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive trends and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research and publish thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing business models and risk mitigation
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and global innovation ecosystems
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI and impact metrics
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
